Who we are

HiParv is a performance marketing agency. This policy covers this website (hiparv.com), emails you send us, and the HiParv client dashboard (dash.hiparv.com). Questions: joe@hiparv.com.

This website

hiparv.com doesn’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

When you email us

We use what you send (your name, email address and the details of your enquiry) only to reply and, if we work together, to run your account. We don’t sell it, rent it or add you to marketing lists.

The client dashboard

For our clients, dash.hiparv.com shows marketing reports. It processes:

• sign-in details (name, email address and profile photo from Google sign-in, or your email address for a sign-in link);
• a session cookie and basic technical data, to keep you signed in and protect your account;
• marketing performance data from the accounts a client has given us access to, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads (including Google Ads data linked to Google Analytics).

Each client sees only their own reports. Access is by invitation only, read-only, and the dashboard never changes anything in a client’s accounts. See the dashboard privacy policy for details.

Data from Google APIs

HiParv’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use that data only to show reports to the client it belongs to and to the HiParv team. We don’t use it for advertising, sell it, or share it with anyone else.

Where data is stored and for how long

Dashboard data is stored with Cloudflare. We keep it while we work with a client and delete it when they ask, or when access ends. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry or the work that follows.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailingjoe@hiparv.com. You can also remove HiParv’s access from your Google account settings.
